I'm currently tallying my 60 months of experience and want to make sure my math is solid before I submit, and ensure I am not double dipping.

The Overlap Rule: Just to confirm, if I worked on three unrelated but concurrent projects over a 4-month window, I only get to claim 4 months toward my total, correct? It’s based on the calendar timeline, not total "man-hours" across projects?

Partial Project Lifecycles: Does a project "count" if I didn't lead it through all five process groups? For example, if I was heavily involved in Execution and Monitoring under a Black Belt or Senior PM, but didn't touch the initial Initiation phase, can I still include that time?
