I have seen the trend in Harare and other big cities where prices for land and rentals have been skyrocketing at an alarming rate.

Does the economy favor the general public to apply and have the mortgages that are being offered ?

Is buying that 150m2 piece of land in Harare going to be profitable in the long run or is just for survival?

Is buying property worth it or we are now shifting into lifelong leases ?

Since we’re now sure that we will play in the Champions League next season. What if acquire two players who have played in the UEFA in intense games. Choice being Goretzka on free transfer and we trigger the sell of Tchouaméni who will cost us a mx of 80million
