has anyone bought a unit in this project? If so can you confirm the correct handover date please..

At the time of purchase I was told that the handover will be done within 3 years + 6 months grace period which would mean Dec-2026 or July 1st, 2027, also, this was mentioned in the ATS too. Now, their sales team has been saying Mid-2028 would be the handover date and boasting about their brand saying we will deliver before RERA blah blah. (RERA handover date is June 2029).

This is a clear misrepresentation what the frick.

Agreement to Sale says: Developer shall endeavor to complete within 42 months ( July 2027) but for all practical purposes, RERA date is the handover date.

There is no way these one-sided agreements are enforceable right?
