I have been playing bass for the past 3-4 years, and I still sound like how I did two years ago. I started taking lessons this past December, but I still don't see any progress. Am I practicing "incorrectly" or something?

Is it likely for Puscifer to do a Normal Isn't V2.0? Edit: Or A Perfect Circle continuing their tour in North America with Puscifer opening?
