Y’all. I am in the middle of buying a house in Rogers Park and moving from the (rural) South, and when I visited the area, I found like 20 different taquerias and panaderias on Clark. Is there a guide? Like how do I know who’s has the best carnitas, where is my tacos al pastor joint? Who do i see for tortas?

I mean I can try them all for myself, but in this economy? Help a guy out!

Hey y’all! Under contract on a house in Chicago and moving up there this summer from off.

I’ve had really good results with my soon-to-be former house in South Carolina working with a broker who shops around for the best insurance rates and coverage for me. Anybody using a broker for insuring houses in Chicago have good experiences? Who do you use? Thank you!
