Health issues

I just updated the app to Google Health on my iPhone
and now on the bottom of the main page I only see Today and Health, the other links are missing.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app but no luck.
Anybody else experiencing the same issue?

This is all I have in the Health tab of the preview; I keep seeing pictures posted by people with larger tiles and charts but I cannot change anything.

Am I missing some step here

Running iOS 26.
