Second day of what I think is hemorrhoids and I’m losing my mind 😭

It literally appeared out of nowhere yesterday. Like I was completely fine in the morning, then suddenly there’s this painful bulge and now EVERYTHING hurts. Sitting hurts. Standing hurts. Even lying down isn’t comfortable.

I didn’t expect it to be this painful?? I can barely focus on anything because it’s just constantly there. I’m scared to even go to the bathroom at this point.

Has anyone else experienced it this bad on day 2? How long did the worst pain last for you and what actually helped? I’m doing warm rinses and trying not to strain but omg this is brutal.
