Extreme Fatigue After Heart Cath + No Answers for Cause of Reduced EF

I'm so glad I found this group! I'm 39F, diagnosed with HF almost 2 weeks ago unexpectedly. My EF was 30-35% on the echo. This past Monday I had a left and right heart cath and all pressures were normal/arteries were clear. Since the procedure, I've been so tired... all I want to do is sleep. Is this normal? Dr has me on Carvedilol, Valsartan (have been on both of these almost 2 weeks since the day I was diagnosed) and just added Farxiga.

Also, now that the heart cath looked normal, what could be causing the HF? I've always had a high resting heart rate of 90-100 and have been under severe stress the past year but from what I've read, that alone shouldn't cause the issue. My BP, sugar and cholesterol is normal.

The doctor wants me to have a Cardiac MRI done in 3 months to check EF again to see if the meds are helping. I asked if he thinks this is something that will shorten my life and he said he didn't know and it would depend on how I react to the meds. How common is it for no reason for the HF to be found?

Echo showed global weakening of the left side of the heart with a single focal weakening spot which is why they wanted to do the cath. The LV was slightly enlarged (borderline of upper normal limits).
