Hi, my Toto Washlet S500E needed repair, so I removed it and sent it off to Toto for the repair. In the process of removing it two metal rectangular pieces with a hole in the middle came off from some mysterious location, my guess is the base plate. The repaired Washlet just arrived and I was getting ready to reinstall it but I still can’t figure out where to put these two pieces. What should I do? Toto is gone until Tuesday and we reeeeeallly miss our bidet!
