I requested an ETH withdrawal on April 28, 2026 and a TRX withdrawal on May 2, 2026 from IndoEx.

After several days, I still have not received the funds and no TXID has ever been provided.

Support gave multiple inconsistent explanations including:

- blockchain glitch

- synchronization issue

- maintenance

- KYC update

However, if a blockchain transaction is actually sent, a TXID should already exist.

At this point, there is still no proof that the withdrawals were ever processed.

Has anyone else experienced withdrawal issues with IndoEx?
