Found these for 70 usd , they look like they’re in good condition he didn’t have the wash tag in the listing, should I ask for the wash tag?

So I been lookin to get more true religion jeans and everybody I talked to told me the ‘newgen’ trues aren’t the same and they not as good of quality, I been lookin on eBay and Macari but I can’t find and size 30x32 or 30x34. Anyone here got any places or tips? Much appreciated
