I have a neighbor who paces almost non-stop, home a lot of the day. Heavy foot print. They are fairly new, been here about 3 months. Rarely leaves home either.
Oddly enough, this person is not above me, but in the unit beside me. Never heard a thing from any of the previous tenants (2 residents before this one) who lived there (I've been here almost 7 years). This person have such a heavy footprint that sometimes glass items on my wall shelves 'tingle' at times and the floor 'vibrates' if that makes sense.
Two questions:
- How to approach them if I can do that - I think the issue is that their rugs are thin and may not have padding; and they walk around barefoot with the heavy foot print. And spare furnishings, said they're saving up to get more things but that will be a while. Not much more than a sofa/coffee table, thin looking rug and TV.
- Any suggestions for superb headphones to help since I'm not convinced how much things will change. I have to get some relief, it's that bad. Doesn't help that they drop things here and there on the floor that make a "boom!" sound (may be weights, I'm thinking).
Thanks.
