People with baseline EPC <50%, how long did you study for to get the P?

I only have 5-6 weeks dedicated. Starting with baseline of 47% on NBME 28. Saw Mehlman's video about delaying one entire month if we get one failed NBME prior to dedicated. HELP! I'm literally panicking.

Why should someone NOT go into ENT?

Interested in the complex anatomy and it has very cool procedures. I took four gap years before medical school so hesitant in this swap. I think I would have to take research year also.
