Hello,

My brother who is currently on a dependent graduate visa, been working as pharmacy assistant at a hospital for 2 years. Current leave is due to be expired within 6 months or so and his employer is considering to sponsor him under SOC 3212.

I’m hoping anyone who has already used 3212 for their skilled visa application can help us.

- Is GPHC registration required?
- Would dependents be allowed to stay?
- Salary must be atleats £33,400?

Our understanding for above is:

- No
- No
- Yes

He is currently not registered with Gphc and neither a trainee technician. His salary is £33,500.

Mainly, gphc registration and dependents are potential blockers. Anyone without Gphc registration been successful?
