I have been looking to transition out of teaching for the last year ish. I am a sped teacher and was looking into insurance but after so many LinkedIn connections and applying I have had no luck and figured it might just be time to get another masters.
In diving deep of what I don’t like about teaching and what I enjoy, I found a lot of connections to accounting.
Has anyone else transitioned from teaching to accounting through a masters? Does the college name matter for a masters as much as it may for say undergrad for jobs not in the education field?
