Getting Audi A4 2023 1.8 TFSI 5000km for 32L inr. Worth it?

Getting a deal to buy 2023 Audi A4 1.8 TFSi petrol, only 5000km driven for 32L inr.

Will get the car thoroughly checked by my technician. Assuming all is well with the car, is the price worth it?

Any caveats/downsides should i be aware of? (And yes, i am prepared for expensive maintenance, but anything in particular i should be worried about in this specific model)
