Hi, I have a HP Envy laptop and it won’t turn on. The power button lights up for around 2 seconds and turns off for another 2 seconds repeatedly. I have tried forcefully shutting down by holding the power down for 30 seconds, but the blinking keeps happening even when I am holding power button. When close my laptop, I can still see the blinking through the gap of my laptop. I have tried removing the battery and plug it in straight cable.

I hope someone can help me fix this cause I have no idea what’s happening.
