Often Struggling with Hand Pain
I enjoy painting on tiny canvas for long periods of time and have started to experience pain in my hands. I came here to ask, can anyone relate and if there are good advice on what to do? Things I've tried are rolling the hand out, using gel icepack gloves, using a mini massage gun, and doing PT exercises. Any recommendations from real experiences would be amazing.
