Bridge/Gap funding advice
I am new to the real estate world and I need advice.
I currently have two properties.
Both were purchased with a hard money lender.
One is already completed and listed on the market.
I have it listed for 210k with my all in of $143K.
The thing is that it's been on the market for almost two months and I need to finish the second property. But I am needing cash to cover holding cost for the listed property that will hopefully sell soon and potentially some liquid to help complete the second property. Which is about 60% done already.
Is there any options for me to get funding to cover holding cost? And possibly help finish my second property?
I am in Texas.
I would truly appreciate any solid advice or recommendations to help in this scenario.
