Hi! We are Coogs for H.E.R., a student advocacy campaign focused on bringing awareness to healthcare resources and making them easily accessible for university students in Houston.
Our Mission: Provide a one-stop shop for UH women’s healthcare needs.
Navigating healthcare as a student can be confusing, time-consuming, and sometimes overwhelming. Our goal is to simplify that process by connecting students with reliable information about services such as reproductive health, mental health support, preventative care, and low-cost or student-friendly clinics in the Houston area.
We’re also hosting an event tomorrow!
We will be holding an “Ask a Doctor” discussion event tomorrow from 5:30–6:30 PM in the Honors College Large Classroom (Room 212S). During this session, we will be discussing topics related to women’s health and answering student questions in an open and supportive environment. It’s a great opportunity to learn more, ask questions, and explore various resources found on campus.
