Gymnation cancellation chaos ....GUYSSS HELP MEEE!!!!!
Guys, please help me with this ... I'm like an unemployed 21-year-old who wanted to be fit, so I took a GymNation membership, and got impressed by the whole sales pitch the receptionist gave me. Until now, I know that bitch trapped me! I can't get to cancel my membership when the accounts team messaged me saying I have an outstanding fee. I was like, you already took a month's payment and your receptionist has been saying she will put the money in my bank account back and shit and she hasnt done it fine i let it go but they arent cancelling the membership i told them by email im unemployed i dont have proof of employement or unemployment because i was studying in UK and over there doing part time was my only employment and when you leave you just orally say nothing technical. They refused it, they need the money somehow and just threat messages from everywhere each month it comes but idk they arent cancelling it either they are ghosting my texts as well.
