I have gotten offer letter in cept so that's confirmed and mit results are expected on 20.

I need honest opinions. Which one is better considering teaching, living and well the 4 vs 5 year program. Cept is coming upto like 35 lacs including tution and hostel. Mit id loni is also like 7 per year being 28 lacs.
