Hi guys! Please help me I feel like an idiot.

I’ve been using wordpress in my website course in school. I made a website with astra theme if that matters. I changed the url (stupid probably Ik) and now I can’t access in wordpress account and the page it not found. Can I do ANYTHING to save my page?🫣 It was my final project and I need to graduate next week💔 And let me be clear I don’t know almost anything about coding or even about wordpress. Please don’t make fun of me I know how stupid it was cause OFC it doesn’t work like that??
