My husband is going to be transferring his work to Tampa and I’ve spent months trying to find the best area to live. I’d like some real life advice from people in the area. We want to be outside of Tampa, but within a reasonable commute distance, as he will need to be on site 2-3 days a week.

We are looking for an affordable, but safe area, good place to raise children.

Wesley Chapel seems like a solid area, we have also looked at Plant City, but I’m seeing mixed reviews about safety as of lately.

We don’t need all the city accommodations, and would be happy with more rural or suburban options.
