Will UCLA and Berkeley care if P/NP an elective class in the spring before transfer?
Hello everyone!
I was recently accepted to both Berkeley and UCLA, and I’m currently taking a Python course that was only a prerequisite for UCSD. Since I'm no longer considering UCSD, the class is technically just an elective.
I did pretty bad on one of my exams and my grade went from an A to a C :( There's still a make-up exam coming up in a week, so there's a chance I can get my A back, but if not, am I able to take the class as pass/no pass in order to protect my gpa? Or would that violate my transfer agreement even if the class isn't required for my degree and lead to me getting rescinded?
Also if I report that I'm taking it as P/NP but then get an A, am I able to change it back to a letter grade?
