I have a fibre dual band (2.4/5Ghz) wireless router which my new Epson YS2200 cannot seem to recognise. Epson 'help' does not seem to work. All the printer drivers are updated and EE says they can actually 'see' the printer on my system but the printer still won't work. (I have also tried temporarily disabling the 5Ghz signal from the router). Has anyone a suggestion how to make my printer print?
