i have already used kz castor but i noticed the vocals in some parts tend to be suppressed recently ordered tangzu red lion i heard it had some bass boost but my unit arrived faulty now im planning to invest around 5k for a new pair(can include dac)

my preference:-i love bass that hits but doesnt leaks into the vocals. if it helps my favourite song is. OK by joey valence also i would prefer a cable that is good the castor's cable tangled after being kept in a case i liked the red lion's cable so i would prefer something like tht

like is there a limit to how much i can apply in a single purchase ? i recently bought tangzu wagner red lion edition(got to know about the qc issue later) when it arrived out of the box the right earpeice wasnt working i returned it but they said its working fine ( i also checked the iem from 2 diffeenr device so there isnt any chance it was an issue with my device ) they are offering me store credit within their easy excahnge thing
