I wanted to know whether I can submit the visa documents on behalf of my girlfriend without her visiting the VFX office? Does it require some kind of letter of authorization from her? If yes, can you please provide some kind of format to go by?
Also, we are travelling together, and certain hotel bookings are solely under my name (although the number of guests is mentioned as 2). Will that be an issue?
