Hi, me again wanting to improve my UT skills .
I did my first test with your tips . It was okay, but I realized there were some things I could improve.
For example :
How to respond when someone asks for help. Thinking that I can't give them the happy path, I felt like I was too serious or unnatural when responding with the same question or asking why.
I want to improve on how to guide people through tasks.
So, in general, what are your best pieces of advice for someone to generate rapport, be less anxious during testing, and become more perceptive? Or to avoid biasing the test?
Sorry in advance for the grammar; English it's not my first language 🙂↕️
