Hello,

I was trying to submit a renewal online but it says I have a pending case even though it was approved in 2025. I called USCIS and they told me it was open again in June 2025. No specific reason why and the agent told me a Tier 2 agent was going to contact me in 30 days. We'll, 30 days past and got an email saying that it was forwarded to the Nebraska Service Center and that they will contact me after reviewing my inquiry. Has anyone had this problem before? Should I send a new application by mail? I will expire in January 2027.
