I’ve recently received both the tapes and the PDF guide and wanted some advice on the best way to approach them.

Is it better to work through each stage by listening to the relevant content, then reading the guide before moving on to the next stage? Or should I focus on one wave at a time, repeating it until I’m confident and successful before progressing?

Any guidance on the most effective approach would be greatly appreciated.
