Am I Overreacting
Short audio recording from my bedroom attached.
I’ve been hearing this every morning and night since my neighbor moved in. Usually from 6 - 7 AM and 11 - 11:30 PM. Makes it hard to sleep normally.
Management won’t do anything about it. Is this considered normal?
