Tuning Identification and Purchase Help

Hi y’all, I’m trying to purchase a handpan for my partner for her birthday and someone local to me has a makai for sale. He doesn’t have any more info other than he is the second owner. The seller sent a video of the instrument being played but I have no idea how to assess quality from the video, what scale it is tuned in, and if it is in tune. I’ve attached the video. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

I actually bought something through a Reddit ad. An Architectural Digest subscription that I will conspicuously place on the coffee table each month for everyone to see how smart and sophisticated I am but which I will never actually read because my attention span is shot from spending the equivalent hours of a legal full time job scrolling this site.

I google searched some periodicals for this exact purpose the other day but didn’t pull the trigger. My phone remembered and told Reddit and the ad got me. Bullish
