Maintenance technician of 7 years looking to further education

26y male from central/eastern Ky.
I’ve been a maintenance technician for 7 years with an AAS degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology. I’ve been with my company for 6 years now.

I manage our entire preventative maintenance planning, parts ordering, and have repaired almost every asset we own including but not limited to cnc lathes, mills, lasers, brake presses, turret presses, and 7 different facilities. There are too many to list.

I am eager to continue learning but feel like I have kind of “topped out” my repair knowledge because sometimes I don’t get the opportunity to complete fairy in depth repairs because of precision tool costs or downtime.

I have taken a handful of cnc repair courses on some of the equipment we own but I still get the urge to learn more.

Any suggestions on paths that I could pursue in this field or something that may not be directly related to industrial maintenance. Open to any recommendations.

Also, I feel there is a substantial gap between the knowledge and experience I have and the pay I receive but that’s beside the point.
