hi guys , i am defo failing contract right now - still hardly anything learnt - would i be silly to just stop learning now and start doing exam questions for the whole day and night on my chosen topics ( aside from what i am cutting out ). dont want to spend all day and night absolutely cramming and still fail on the application
can i leave out illegal and void contracts, undue influence apart from econimic duress, and formal and evidentiary requirements for contract - or would i be goosed?
anyone have any advice on how to study for consumer rights act questions - so confused as the whole chapter in the manual is basically judt the legislation - how should i be preparing, any advice would be much appreciated
lads ngl i havent actually started studying for contract yet. I am not dropping it and I want to have the best possible chance of passing it. I can afford to give it 10 days - help!
