Almost a 100 lbs dropped!
Started weight was at a hefty 230 lbs and with a lot of strength training and cardio (running). I am currently at 138 lbs within a year and a half. The goal is to reach a very low BF percentage realistically and not sacrifice much doing so. I am always going to be a fat guy at heart and keep eating the foods I love, but in moderation. Running allows me to keep my body in check, and I love the cardiovascular progress I am making. The current goal is to reach 125 lbs and start bulking for aesthetics purposes and hopefully run a marathon soon within a sub 4 hr.
