There are two jobs at Genmab I am equally qualified for. They are in different departments.
Does anyone know if their talent aquisition team is rather small so same recruiters could potentially be working on applications to different departments?
I am just unsure if I should apply to both jobs, or just to one and hope it goes well.
There are no deadlines for either of them, so I'm worried that, if I "bet" on one of the roles and get rejected, the other one will go away.
Been out of a job for a while so I am quite desperate.
