Hello,

Currently I have a salary of just short of 6000€ gross monthly and I can use up to 1000€ in our cafeteria plan to lease cars/bike/IT equipment.

In 1 year my car will expire and as of 2027 every company will have to offer a mobility budget.

Will I be entitled to it with a cafeteria plan car or I’m excluded? My HR has no idea, they are really incompetent

Thanks!
