I'm an EMT, my team gotten a call about a car crash so we drove over there fast in an ambulance. When we got there, there were two cars. One was on fire, the other was smashed up pretty bad about 50 feet away. The rest of the team went to the smashed up car, I headed to the one catching fire. The driver was out cold or possibly dead at that point, flames reaching them but not getting a reaction.

I've seen death up close, I'm trained for seeing that outcome. But what haunts me is the song that was playing when I found them. Some sort of grungy song, a distorted voice in the background yelling "for your life" I believe. There were flames on the dashboard, I couldn't tell if the car on the album cover was on fire too or if it was just my mind playing tricks. The car was white though, I know that for sure. I think it was called "for your life" but I'm guessing based off what it sounded like, I'm pretty sure it was a short title at least. It was grungy but dreamy. It felt bigger than me.

I didn't hear the whole thing, but it played as I pulled the driver out. There was blood, there was burns, I remember their face the most. Soft features but strong jaw. Their eyes closed but mouth open. A few moles on the right side of their face. Their face stuck in my mind, just like any other person I couldn't save on the job. The difference though is that when I see their face, I hear that song. I feel that feeling like something bigger is watching over me. Not like I'm in danger, just that I'm not the one with control in that moment, something else is. The song felt like it was all around me then. The "for your life" haunts me. The other EMTs don't recall what they heard. They were getting the other driver, they remember hearing the siren and that's about it.

I need help finding this, please. So at least I know I'm not insane, that I didn't imagine it. The driver's phone was destroyed by the fire, I wouldn't be able to get my hands on it even if it wasn't.
