If so, how did you go about it, and do you have any advice? From what I’ve been able to find, there doesn’t seem to be much information available on negotiating superior qualifications for WG positions, specifically regarding step increases.

I’d appreciate any insight, experiences, or tips from those who have gone through the process. Any and all advice is welcome.
