Trying to find Data Science, Analyst and AIML jobs as a 2026 new grad

I’m a 2026 CSE (AI/ML) new grad and have been unemployed since graduation. I’ve done an AI/ML internship, a remote Data Science fellowship, and several AI/ML and software projects throughout college. I’ve also been upskilling in Python, SQL, Statistics, Power BI, Excel, AWS, ML/AI, etc.

Despite all this, I’m struggling to even get interviews, and the few I do get often end in rejection. The growing employment gap is starting to worry me. I’m mainly applying for entry-level Data Analyst, Data Science and AI/ML roles.

For those who’ve been through something similar — what am I doing wrong? Resume, skills, projects, applications, interviews, or just the current market? I can also share my resume if anyone’s willing to take a look and point out anything that might be hurting my chances. Brutal advice is welcome.

[0 YOE, New Grad, Data/AI Roles, India]

I need help with teams

This is my whole green team.. kinda a week old ss (miwa and OG Yuji are sp buffed, will max required ones soon).. I'll be going for green megumi (I guess..), can yall suggest me teams for the calamity event, whatever is possible (most of my rec bits are LB0.. since I joined during 2nd anni.. so not many are maxed out)..

Floor 55 clear

Team used : Teenjo, Uraume, Freeji, Todo and Nanami (as backup)

(Ik it's the most bizzare team but.. a clear is a clear)

First 2 turns when Gojo has limitless on, I used S1 so that it would provoke the boss (sometimes it did, sometimes didn't)

Turn 1 i used S2 of Yuji (sometimes a black flash is landed and sometimes not) and S2 of Todo (so that he can counter attack when boss tries to attack Yuji), every 4 turns do s2 of both of them

How can I 10/10 in hard sweep?

These are the teams I made (I maxed up Yuta's skills, Sp floor 2, will max his and others level when I get more beads of training), I don't have CSST

This is my whole yellow box and teams which I used for the sweep

Which team do I use to clear the sweep

Finally beat floor 44 after a month of crying on it

Basically Blue Yaga saved my ass and also I'm blue momoless so that was why the tower was a hurdle (Ik the rec bits I used are questionable 😭)

About the rec bit on Inumaki and Degumi, I saw someone's video on it (don't remember now)

Basically Buff Gojo until his ult gauge is full so that he can nuke the boss and then after he leaves, Jogo or any other attacker can do the remaining damage

If u have 0.2 Gojo, you'd be able to clear the whole thing within 5 turns or so
