I’m posting this as a warning to anyone looking at Peptide Technologies. I recently placed an order for over $300 worth of peptides, and I’m currently stuck in a nightmare loop between the vendor and a fake payment processor.
The Situation: I placed my order and the payment went through a third party called Sardine. Immediately after, my order status on the Peptide Technologies website switched to "Cancelled," even though the money was pulled from my bank account. The Vendor’s Response: When I emailed Peptide Technologies, they told me the "Cancelled" status was normal until processing. They sent me a link to contact Sardine support.
I contacted the official Sardine (sardine.ai). Their manager was actually great—he did some digging and found out there is a second, smaller "Sardine" company that has copied their branding/look exactly. The real Sardine confirmed I am not on their transaction list and they have nothing to do with this vendor.
The real Sardine manager even tried to email this "other" Sardine for me, but we’ve heard nothing. Peptide Technologies has ignored my daily emails for over 10 days now.
The Current Status: Despite decent ratings on BBB and Trustpilot, it looks like they are using (or being used by) a bogus payment redirect. I’ve already left a negative review on Trustpilot, but I wanted to warn this community. If you see a payment portal for "Sardine" on a peptide site, triple-check the URL. Has anyone else dealt with this specific "fake Sardine" processor or had luck getting a refund from Peptide Technologies lately? I’m about to start the chargeback process with my bank.
