Anyone have experience with this LZ in Clearwater Beach, FL (USA)?
Looking at an LZ in the parking lot south of the visitor's center/restrooms at Pier 60. The local film commission recommended this parking lot as being used by previous drone pilots. The second photo shows a "no parking" zone between a disabled parking spot and the visitor's center, but there are tall palm trees right next to it, and a high traffic walkway in front. I'm confused if this would be a good LZ or not. Anyone have experience here?

[USA} LZ's in and around Clearwater Beach, FL?
I'm going to be filming beach and downtown skyline aerials in Clearwater, FL and need to provide a flight path for the local film commission with LZ's highlighted. Wondering if anyone has found good spots for take-off/landing that's clear of people and obstacles? It's a busy place...
