I recently acquired a second hand vita 2000 and it has this problem where it initially charges (the LED shows a solid orange light), then the screen lights up for a second, after that, the LED light turns off, then when I press the power button it turns on but shows a low battery message and it won't receive any charge, but seems to recognize the wall adapter as a PC.

Here's what I've tried so far: I've cleaned the whole internal parts with isopropyl alcohol, disconnected and reconnected the battery, downloading the Battery Fixer, change the cable, change the charging brick, tried plugging in to my laptop (it recognized it but didn't charge it).

Please help me.
