I manage a 3 flat for a private landlord on the Near West Side at Hoyne and Washington. We have 1 unit currently on the market for a 6/1 occupancy. We're asking for $3000/mo.

Unit 1 is a spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom duplex down with living areas on both levels.

While I personally love Pets, this is not a pet friendly place.

Includes 1 parking spot.

Shared free laundry in common area.

I would say this would be perfect for residents at Rush, Cook County, etc. as the Damen bus is at the end of the block. Also the new Green Line Damen stop is around the corner.
