Ryet RT06S not as comfy as I hoped; should I try a different model?

Got one a few weeks ago. First couple rides I thought maybe I'd found the holy grail - perfectly comfy sitting for an hour+ at a time, on indoor trainer without padded shorts. Brief honeymoon though, and soon I needed to stand every 15-20 min to avoid sit bone area soreness, whether wearing chamois or not. About the same for me as several more conventional saddles, which is not the end of the world, but my entire motivation for buying a new one is to hopefully improve comfort spending hours in the saddle each day on a tour.

Dunno why comfort got worse - perhaps at first I lucked into the perfect fore/aft tilt but lost it while tweaking saddle height & setback, and should keep experimenting more with that? Or maybe the 3d material "broke in" a little and now it's too soft for me, or my ass got jaded after a few rides?

Anyhow, thinking of returning it for a refund and trying another model (maybe Aircode / S40 with the Cr-Mo rails, which I could clamp my Carradice Bagman to, unlike carbon rails) and hope a different shape/firmness might suit me better. Any experience / advice?

I thought I'd ask the vendor (Lexon official store, Ryet's parent company) but "message vendor" doesn't seem to connect me with an actual human, just a menu of choices including "return item" - am I missing something? I don't have much experience with AliExpress.
