Using hornady xtp 9mm. Any recommendations for a fix or better ammo that doesn’t do this?

I was aiming for 225 degrees and even setting the controller to 275 it still only peaks at around 210 if the meater is at all accurate.
I’m new to all of this, any help would be appreciated.
Using a Meater plus and Traeger pro 34, both brand new
