Which tank should i practice to improve my aim?

Is there anyone in sgp who can opena lobby everyday?
I love playing custom games cuz i can 1v1 with others without having to wait until im lvl 45. There's an open lobby in fra everyday but i cant play it without having terrible lag, so can anybody open a lobby in sgp more often?, dont have to be everyday but atleast 4 times a week?
