Advice

Hi everyone. I'm located in ON. Female, age 43, CW 291, GW 180, Dose 2.5 mg (how do I add this info to my username like I see on some posts?). I was on semaglutide non stop since Nov 2025 and lost around 10lbs with zero movement for quite sometime. I stayed on ozempic because I loved how the food noise disappeared and insurance covered 80% of it. However, I decided to try zep even although I am paying out of pocket and doing so is a hard sacrifice. At wk 2, I lost 2 lbs, now at wk 4, I gained 3 lbs, so instead of losing, I gained. I started tracking my food since last week and I am trying to cut more carbs and increase protein. I do have high insulin resistance and my diabetes numbers last year wasn't close to prediabetic state but still close enough where my Doc cautioned me. I know the scale is not my friend and know I should stay away from it and instead use measurements, pics etc to gauge my success but I stepped on it out of curiosity and now feel demotivated. I have ways struggled with my weight, snacking and sweets so I know this isn't easy. I had started working out 3 times a week in my home gym and ended up with a herniated disc, so I have to get physio starting this week. So much is going wrong but I am trying to stay positive and hopefully can start doing some exercises soon. I will try extracting the golden dose from my 2.5 pen for my 5th shot and move to 5mg the other week. Does anyone have any experience with moving from 2 mg ozempic to 2.5 zep and how they found their body responding? Thanks 😊
