I noticed these very tiny black ants in my bedroom and I’m honestly really confused and concerned. The first one I saw was crawling on my wall, and I killed it without thinking much of it. Then I noticed another one on the wall again, and after that, more started appearing on the floor.
They seem to be coming from different areas of my bedroom rather than one specific spot. I’m not sure if they’re sugar ants or carpenter ants and I really need help identifying what type they are.
What’s worrying me is that I’ve now seen them in places I’ve never dealt with before — two were crawling on my ceiling near my ceiling fan, and one was even on my bed. That completely freaked me out because I’ve never had ants in my room, especially not on my ceiling or bed. I’m not sure if it might’ve fallen from the ceiling onto my bed since it’s directly underneath.
I have no idea where they’re coming from because it doesn’t seem like a single entry point. I do sleep with my window open at night because my room gets hot, but I’ve been doing that for months with no issues, so I’m not sure if that’s related.
My room is not messy at all and I don’t keep food in here, so I’m really confused. I’m honestly pretty paranoid right now. Can someone help me figure out what these are and how I can get rid of them completely?
